Our staff has extensive planning, project management, and engineering experience to successfully complete a broad range of complex projects in five primary lines of service: land development, water resources, municipal, environmental, and planning.  EC has performed projects for various municipal, state and federal agencies, regional water authorities, as well as a wide range of commercial, manufacturing, and industrial clients.  Management and engineering responsibilities include all phases of field investigation, feasibility studies, technology investigation, technology evaluation, process selection, conceptual and final detailed design, and construction management implementation.  EC is intimately familiar with applicable local, state and federal regulations.

City of Cibolo Master Plan
EC was selected in June 2004 by the City of Cibolo to prepare an update to the City's 1995 Plan. Within the nine years that have past since the original 1995 Plan was adopted, the City has more than tripled its population. More
