Centex Destination Properties is the Second Home/Resort Division of Centex Corporation, one of American’s Most Admired Companies, according to Fortune magazine. Resorts developed by Centex Destination Properties grace the Palm Coast of Florida, the coasts of the Hawaiian Islands, Lake Las Vegas in Nevada, Palm Springs, California, the Texas Gulf Coast and Texas Hill Country, the western highlands of North Carolina, and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The Hollows is a single and multi-family development located on the property surrounding Big Devil’s Hollow in the cities of Jonestown and Lago Vista. The Hollows offers waterfront lots with sweeping views of Lake Travis. The development provides amenities such as hiking trails, a beach club and a marina.

Services Provided

Espey Consultants, Inc. (EC) provided civil design services associated with the development, including infrastructure, planning and design, water/wastewater feasibility studies, site planning, waterscape/recirculation system rain garden review and water quality review. EC also provided project management for all phases of the development.
