Land Development services at EC is composed of an outstanding staff with many years of experience in providing professional engineering services to clients throughout the State of Texas, the nation and the global community. Our staff has extensive project management and engineering experience to successfully complete a broad range of complex land development projects. We have completed projects for a wide range of private, commercial, manufacturing and industrial clients, as well as various municipal, state and federal agencies, regional water authorities. Permitting and engineering responsibilities have included all phases through site feasibility studies, subdivision platting, site plan development, roadway design, drainage & utility engineering, and construction administration.

 

EC has designed and permitted numerous public C.I.P. projects for the City of Austin and surrounding municipalities. This experience has rewarded EC with the vital relationships with municipalities, such as the City of Austin, that are critical to the other project’s permitting requirements.
